Organ Recital – CANCELLED

With great regret, we have taken the decision to cancel the next concert in our summer season an organ recital.

Sadly, the extreme heat of five heatwaves over summer, seems to have rendered the church organ unplayable. You can imagine the distress this discovery caused. The organ is a fundamental part of the church building and unique. It is regularly maintained and tuned, but no one could have predicted this heat.

We do not yet know the extent of the damage, but are investigating and will keep you posted. However, this issue demonstrates the urgency of our fundraising and how grateful we are for your continued support.
